John founded Super Friends because of the extraordinary level of talent that he is surrounded by, and his belief that together they can create a truly special offering.

A veteran in the industry, having worn almost all the creative hats, John is a ARIA nominated Record Producer, Film Composer, Songwriter, Artist, Vocalist, Sound designer and maybe a couple of other things too.

From orchestrating records at Abbey Road to writing advertising music in New York, to showcasing his band Tenderfoot across the U.K, Canada and the Unites States, his music has taken him all over the world. He has scored successful campaigns for QANTAS, AMEX, Sydney Opera House, Maserati, Hello Fresh, Dollar Shave Club, Comcast, Honey, Harley Davidson and many more. His work for library companies has seen his tracks gain thousands of placements across a wide variety of TV shows, films, trailers and ads.

A multi instrumentalist extraordinaire, Ben has spent the last decade playing as a session musician for many of Australia’s most recognised acts. From touring the world with The John Butler Trio to playing with Thelma Plum, Dean Lewis, Fanny Lumsden, Gordi, Lisa Mitchell, Dustin Tebbutt and countless others.

Before his session musician career he was the live sound engineer at Oxford Art Factory, and it comes as no surprise that he is equally at home in the studio. The speed and quality of Ben’s compositions and productions are nothing short of incredible. Friends since childhood, Ben and John scored the feature documentary ‘Tall Poppy: A Skater’s Story’ in 2021 and haven’t looked back.

Headed up by Super Friend Adam Alexander. Frequent collaborations between our companies make us bigger than the sum of our parts, plus we love working together. Our partnership with Bamm Bamm allows us to work with their sublime PMC Atmos System, offering our clients 7.1, 5.1 and Atmos mixing services.

Adam has provided original scores for films (both animated and live-action) which have amassed millions of streams and enjoyed success at a multitude of international film festivals. Adam’s diverse body of work also includes original music, sound design, music curation and supervision for a number of award winning projects - including TVCs, games (VR and AR), and sound installations - for clients and production companies worldwide.

Adam is also an award winning sound designer, which deepens his understanding of the potential of sound in story telling and expands his sonic palette and scope for experimentation. He is the musical director for Daniel Johns’ film projects.

Paul is a master of audio, multi platinum selling mastering engineer and the owner of Viking Lounge Mixing Suites, the facility Super Friends calls home. After an illustrious career in Greece mastering countless Greek and European hits, as well as holding the lead audio role as Music Supervisor of the Athens Olympic Games, Paul relocated to Australia where he continues to serve his international clients as well as his local ones. 

Always keen to push the limits of what’s possible, Paul’s latest venture is into Dolby Atmos Mixing and Spatial Audio. He is very excited about the possibilities these new formats have opened up and is pushing the boundaries once more. Paul was recently commissioned by Apple to complete Spatial Audio mixes of Sons Of The East’s record ‘Palomar Parade’, which he also mastered. Certified Gold, Palomar Parade has had over 20 million streams.

Dubbed the Liam Neeson of tech, Lisa (not her real name) is the dark knight of Super Friends. Our caped warrior, midnight vigilante and purveyor of justice. She also loves the album Justice by Justin Bieber, and built our awesome website.
